Actually tax evasion, besides being a crime is also an in fashion social disease nowadays, and the big ''victim'' is the state itself. So, Greek state should take measures for prevention of this modern financial ''epidemic'' phenomenon, besides creating many social problems apart. Tax evasion should legally punish strictly this financial crime, with high penalties, even prison in cases of recurrent fraud. And which threatens the national budget even in an indirect way. And the best remedy-punishment, is clear, detailed and secured tax collection records, with updated archives, and other precaution measures, and also strike phenomena of bribe moreover, so that a more fair tax distribution system, based on each one's abilities should be imposed; as far as I was informed by newspapers these days actually, such measures have already been taken by the government, for a clear Tax Clearance, all over the Greek state.
